Will my order be discreet?

Yes, all parcels are wrapped and put into a tamper-proof shipping bag,  free of labels or branding.

When will I receive my order?

Packages are generally dispatched within 24 hours after receipt of payment and are shipped via The Courier Guy. Our orders are shipped on an overnight basis. When dispatched, your order should reach you the following morning before 11h00 if you are in one of the following main areas: Johannesburg, Pretoria, Bloemfontein, Cape Town, Durban, East London, George, Port Elizabeth. All other areas are usually 24 - 48 hours extra. (Please note certain of the smaller towns are not served every day, only on certain days).A track and trace number will be provided once the order was shipped. You should receive your order within 48-72 hours of placing it.

We do not ship with the Post Office due to reliability issues. 

How will my order be packaged?

All parcels are wrapped and put into a tamper-proof shipping bag,  free of labels or branding. Special care is taken to protect fragile objects. Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.

How much is the delivery?

R150 if the order value is less than R500. If more than R500 your order will be shipped for free.

Where do we deliver?

Anywhere in South Africa, to a physical address. 

What will the return address show

The return shipping address will be 100% discreet, unrelated to Mr Grey or anything intimate. We have an alias!
