In the rare instance that a product is damaged or faulty on delivery, please send us a mail to email@example.com within 24 hours so that we can rectify the situation immediately. Include your order number and a detailed description of the problem, and we will revert as soon as possible, letting you know exactly how to proceed.
We will happily replace any defective toy within warranty time. If your toy is faulty on arrival, we will send another one and collect the faulty one immediately. Please send us a mail to let us know as soon as your toy gives any problems, and we will get it sorted for you asap!
If your product has been damaged in transit during delivery or is faulty upon opening we will gladly replace the product or pass credit within 7 days of you receiving the product.
Due to the intimate nature of our products we are unable to offer refunds except in the above mentioned case. We provide descriptions and pictures of each product to help assist you in deciding on which product to purchase. Please be absolutely certain of your purchase before you order.
Please note: We will need to receive the faulty or damaged product first and evaluate if your claim is legitimate before replacing or passing credit on the defective product. We will send our partnered courier company to come collect the item at our expense.
For any problems send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org giving us a description of the problem along with your order number (from which the product was purchased under) as a reference. We will then reply to you as soon as possible with our suggested return procedure.
