Price

Prices shown on this site include VAT.

Age of Consent

In order to place an order, you must be aged 18 years or over. In placing this order you confirm that you are aware of the age restrictions on these products and assert that you are old enough to purchase them.

The Contract between Us

After you have confirmed your order we will send an email to you summarising each order you have placed.

Once the payment for your order is confirmed, your order will be packaged and posted to you according to the delivery option that you have selected.

No contract will exist between you and Mr Grey for the sale of products by us to you until Mr Grey sent you an email confirming that your order has been despatched. This will be deemed to be our acceptance of your offer and to have been effectively communicated to you.

Price Increases

We reserve the right to increase prices without prior notification.

Pricing Errors

Although we make every effort to ensure the prices on the website are correct, mistakes may sometimes be made. If we discover a mistake in the price of the products you have ordered, we will tell you and give you the option of either reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling your order. If we are unable to contact you or we receive no reply from you, we will cancel your order. If your order is cancelled and you have already paid for the products you will receive a full refund.

Seller Liability

The seller does not accept liability for shortages in quantities delivered unless the buyer notifies the seller of any claim of short delivery of the goods within two working days of delivery. In such circumstances the seller’s liability shall be restricted to making good the shortfall with reasonable proof provided.

We treat all your personal information as confidential

Mr Grey will not share your personal contact information with any other company or third party.

Limitation of Liability

We will not be liable to you:-

For any loss of profit, administrative inconvenience, disappointment, or indirect or consequential loss or damage arising out of any problem in relation to the products you ordered which was not within our reasonable contemplation as a probable result of a breach of contract on our part at the time that our contract with you was concluded.

Where performance of any obligations to you is prevented, frustrated or impeded by any circumstance or cause beyond our reasonable control.

For business losses and/or losses to non consumer

You agree to use this site only for lawful purposes, and in a manner which does not infringe the rights of, or restrict or inhibit the use and enjoyment of this site by any third party. Such restriction or inhibition includes, without limitation, conduct which is unlawful, or which may harass or cause distress or inconvenience to any person and the transmission of obscene or offensive content or disruption of normal flow of dialogue within this site.

These terms and conditions are in addition to your statutory rights as a consumer, which remain unaffected.

Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions and any contract between us shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with South African Law and the South African Courts shall have jurisdiction over any disputes between us.
